Q: I bought it as a gift can i do an exchange if one doesn't like it?

A: No, We do not offer exchange at the moment. However, we do have a Return & Refund option for customers who have change their mind within 14 days upon receiving the products.

Q: I changed my mind , what is the refund policy?
A: If any event that you have changed your mind after receiving the product(s). Please send us an email within 14 Calendar Days upon receiving the order. We will be glad to assist you meet the conditions stated below.

Return & Refund Conditions as stated below:

  1. Brand New Condition - Original Condition, Sealed/Unopened Packing, send us an image of the product Front & Back attached in your email.
  2. Regular Items - Sales Items are non refundable or exchangeable
  3. Payment Return Shipping Cost of SGD $10.00 to be bare by buyer.
  4. Less than 14 calendar days as of receiving the order.
*We are strictly unable to do an refund if you exceed 14 Calendar Days.
  • For refund, a full payment will be made to via your mode of order payment. 
  • Exchange are not allowed at Hype Beauty

Q. Why am i charge $10.00 for exchanging/returning an item?

A: All Return items will be charge a $10.00 fee as a courier is arranged to pick up the item for you. This is to prevent any dispute in the event where item(s) are damage during the return process.


Q. I do not want to be charge $10.00 return fee can i do a self return?

A: No, Return are strictly via courier to avoid delay the refund process. ( non-negotiable)

Q: I received the wrong order what should i do?

A: Hype Beauty take pride in handling our orders and products. however, uncertainly may occur, In any unlikely event exchange is needed due to wrong product received kindly email us at contactus.hypebeauty@gmail.com with the subject and the followings information:
  1. Name
  2. Contact Number
  3. Order Number
  4. Pictures of the item(s) received
We will get back to you within 3 working days. In any event, that a return is needed and it is due to the mishandling of Hype Beauty, cost incurred for returning the product will be waived.
